Speeding up learning curves
Since 1999, we have had an active user group. The first 90 minutes of each meeting is reserved for customers only. After that, RedPrairie joins the meeting and hears the conclusions of the discussions. This gives us an effective forum to tackle challenges head on, and for customers to help each other solve critical issues.
For example, if multiple customers are experiencing the same challenges, we can quickly agree to a series of actions. At the next meeting, RedPrairie would report back to the group on how the actions were implemented and the resolutions. In essence, the user group meetings help us tackle problems head on.
User group meetings often take place on customer sites and this enables customers to see how other businesses operate and take away ideas that they use in their own sites.
User groups are available for:
- Supply Chain
- Site Operations
- Workforce Management
