What is the Customer Reference Program?

The Customer Reference Program is an opportunity to share experiences, ideas and best practices and network with other professionals by sharing your RedPrairie experiences with prospects, other RedPrairie customers and various media venues. For every reference activity you participate in, you earn points towards valuable services such as passes to RedPrairie’s annual user conference, RedShift, free training, or even credit for service hours.

What are the benefits of the program?

In addition to earning points toward valuable services, you also have the opportunity to be involved with our user conference, RedShift, local user groups, online forums, and many other Customer facing events. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in joint marketing efforts, and interact with executives from our sales and services groups.

How can I join?

We’ve made it easy. Simple fill out the Customer Reference Program sign up form. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration, as well as (some awesome reward) just for signing up.

If I join the Customer Reference Program, what do I have to do?

You may be asked to participate in a number of different reference activities. Participation is always up to you, and RedPrairie will work to accommodate the reference’s schedule.

Can I choose what types of endorsement to participate in?

Absolutely. You may choose to participate in any of the available activities listed below:

  • Hosting reference calls or visits
  • Participating in marketing activities:
    > Webinars
    > Media Interviews
    > Case studies
    > Press releases
    > Presentations (RedShift)

How much time commitment is required?

As little or as much time as you are willing to offer. You get to choose what type of reference activities you will participate in; some activities require more time than others. RedPrairie understands that your time is valuable. Customer reference activities are arranged to equally accommodate the schedules of the referring customer as well as the inquiring customer or prospect.

I think I have a great story to tell. How can I share this?

There are a number of ways to showcase your unique success with RedPrairie. You can contact the Customer Reference Program Manager, Diane Hackbarth, in order to arrange another method of telling your story, such as an interview. Your story could be used in case studies, press releases, presentations, on the RedPrairie web site, to name a few. You get to choose. Plus, by sharing your story you can earn points toward great rewards like a free pass to RedPrairie’s user conference, RedShift, training credits, and more.

What types of customer success stories are you looking for?

A customer success story can be as simple as a statement of how great RedPrairie has been to work with or how quickly and implementation was able to go live, or it can be a complex tale of how your bottom line has improved by some percentage after your switch to RedPrairie’s solutions.
