Light the Night Walk - Waukesha
September, 2010
The Waukesha office was fortunate to have an awesome team of walkers for this event, with almost twice as many participants as last year. Team RedPrairie joined the thousands of walkers to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and raised a total of $3,765.

Company Match for Charitable Event
September, 2010
Carla Sessions was the winner of the 3rd quarter Company Match drawing and chose
Trekking for Kids as the recipient. Carla went to the Guatamalan Highlands in
June of 2010 with a group of 20 trekkers who, together, raised over $35,000 to
purchase a second home for an orphanage, as well as toys, clothes and school
supplies.

September, 2010
Joy Meier won one of two 3rd quarter drawings for $500 to a charity. Joy has
selected the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra
reaches out to diverse audiences through concert performances and nationally
recognized education and outreach programs.

Johanna Larson won one of two 3rd quarter drawings for $500 to a charity.
Johanna has selected the Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation. GLHF is dedicated to advancing the quality of
life of individuals/families affected and providing a broad range of services
while supporting research to improve care and find a cure.

Car Wash Fundraiser
August 20, 2010
The Atlanta VOICE team organized a car wash to support the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta. For $10, employees received an
exterior wash and for $15, an exterior and a light interior. Over 50 employees
participated, including several members of the leadership team. In total, $880
was raised for the Association.

8th Annual RedPrairie Open
August, 2010
The Waukesha facility held the 8th annual RedPrairie Open at the Silver Spring Golf & Banquet Center. Mike Mayoras participated as the "Pro" in the "Beat the
Pro" competition which raised $520. In all, $1,380 was donated to The Children's
Hospital Foundation.

Blood Drive
July 16, 2010
The Atlanta Office held its bi-annual blood drive for the American Red Cross. Employees donated 25 pints of
blood, meeting the office goal of 25 pints.

Humane Society Supply Donation Drive
July 12-23, 2010
The Waukesha office held a supply donation drive to benefit the Elmbrook and Waukesha Animal Shelters. Small mice and bones with suggested donation items were posted at both buildings. A large amount of much needed items were donated by RedPrairie employees, from food to toys to cleaning supplies.

Patriot Party - Atlanta

Atlanta VOICE team held a Patriot Party at the Alpharetta Senior Center.
Employees decorated the party room and hosted the event. The residents at the
center and the employee volunteers all greatly enjoyed the event.

Recycling Donation
July - Sep, 2010
Each quarter, one of the Waukesha VOICE team
members takes aluminum cans into the recycling center. The cash received is then donated to a charity. This
quarter, Linda Sayles and Rhonda Blum delivered the cans to the recycling center and selected The Elmbrook Humane Society to receive the $45.00 donation.

Blood Drive - Waukesha
June 29, 2010 The Waukesha facility held a blood drive through the BloodCenter of Wisconsin. The drive was the
most successful drive since 2001. We were able to donate 32 units, exceeding the
goal of 30 units. RedPrairie has now contributed 449 total units of blood to the
Blood Center of Wisconsin.

Chiltern Challenge - UK
June 27, 2010
For a third year, RedPrairie cyclists in the UK took part in the Chiltern
Challenge 100 (the Chilterns is a very hilly region to the west of London).
This is a 100 mile (or 100 km) cycle ride to raise funds for the Action Medical
Research charity. The team raised £190 this year.

Burgers for Bravery
June 25, 2010
The Atlanta VOICE team organized a Burgers for Bravery lunch to support Staff
Sergeant Daniel E. Lister, who was injured in Afghanistan and will likely
undergo a total of 40 surgeries between his right leg and left arm. Daniel's
mother is a co-worker with Christopher Pajot's wife, Robin. The event raised
$1,300.

Cookout for Milwaukee Rescue Mission
June 25, 2010
The Waukesha VOICE team pulled out their lawn chairs and grills for a cookout to
benefit the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. The event took place in the parking lot of the 20700 building. Employees enjoyed beautiful weather and yummy burgers and
brats prepared by Master Chef—Mark Zylka. In total, we raised $813 in donations.

Drake House Work Day
June 16, 2010
The Atlanta VOICE team held a workday at The Drake House entailing outdoor weeding, trimming and edging, along with repair/clean-up work in the interior.
They also donated paper products to the Drake house. The house provides
short-term crisis housing, food, assessment, and more to homeless mothers and
their children.

Habitat for Humanity Work Day
June 5, 2010
In June, 2010 Waukesha employees volunteered at a Habitat for Humanity house in Milwaukee. The team did insulation work on the
home—cutting and fitting the insulation into the walls on both levels, caulking,
and covering all with plastic. Nick Malett and Bert Perrizo are shown working in

Company Match for Charitable Event
June, 2010
RedPrairie employees may enter this quarterly drawing for up to $750 in matching
funds for a specific charity event. The 2nd quarter winner, Vivianne DeBarros,
chose the Down Syndrome Association. She became involved after her son Nicolas
was diagnosed with Down's syndrome. She has been volunteering there for 5 years.

The Atlanta office held a clothing drive to
support the Atlanta Mission. Income received from donated merchandise goes directly to
fund emergency shelters, rehabilitation centers and various programs for Atlanta
Mission clients that move them back into productive, meaningful lives.

Riverwalk for Breast Cancer

This walk is held to raise money toward cancer research, technology, education, supportive services and more. A large group of
RedPrairie employees and their family and friends participated in the walk and
raised $1,305 in donations.

Bear Trax 2010
April 25, 2010
Several RedPrairie employees participated in the Bear Trax
2010 again this year to benefit the Nancy Sellars Foundation. Held at Lapham
Peak, the Bear Trax is a 20K run; they also offer a 4.3K Brownie Shuffle. Denise
Allan and her girl scout troop managed the first aid station. RedPrairie donated
$1,000 to this event.

Habitat for Humanity-Charlotte
April 24, 2010
For a fourth time, the Charlotte office organized
a group to volunteer at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Proceeds from the ReStore go to Habitat
Charlotte's mission of creating and preserving affordable home ownership
solutions. So far, the ReStore has funded 46 houses. Pictured are Scott Johnson

March of Dimes Walk
April 12, 2010
The Atlanta office participated in the annual March of
Dimes walk again this year. To generate additional funds for the walk, they
held a bake sale on April 12 which raised $423 for the March of Dimes. This year
they walked to support 2 NICU graduate preemies that fought to survive and are
now two healthy little girls

Firepup Fire Safety Program
April - June, 2010
RedPrairie once again sponsored students through
the Firepup
Safety Program, which has been run by the City of Waukesha Fire Department
for the last 20 years. The program involves the distribution of fire education
materials to school-aged and preschool children in public and private schools
throughout the community.

NSCD Event

Noel
Goggin (right) and the Denver office held an event to generate funds for the National Sports Center for the Disabled. NSCD's mission is to positively
impact the lives of people with any physical or mental challenge through quality
adaptive recreation programs in over 20 sports. The event raised over $6,000.00.

Easter Tree - Waukesha
March 22 - April 6, 2010
The Waukesha office pulled out the evergreen tree and decorated it with Easter
Eggs. Enclosed in the eggs were wish list items (grocery, gas, and phone gift
cards, etc.) for the Women's Center in Waukesha. In total, the donated items included: $370 in
gift cards, 8 pair of pajamas and 15 9-volt batteries.

St. Patrick's Day Bake Sale
March 17, 2010
Employees in Waukesha dusted off their rolling pins and cookie cutters and
started baking! $279.00 raised from the bake sale was donated to the American Cancer Society in memory of Diane Bolger, a former employee of
RedPrairie in the Office Services department who recently lost her battle with
cancer.

the Great Strides Walk four years ago when her nephew was born with Cystic

Chili Cook-Off
March 2010
The
Eden Prairie Office joined with neighboring Alliance Pipeline again this year in
the Second Annual Chili Cook-Off, raising $1,200 to benefit the VFW Operation Up-Link to purchase phone cards for military soldiers to our
service men and women overseas. Shashank Dhadphale took 2nd place. Helen Teklu
also participated.

JDRF Walk - Eden Prairie
February 27, 2010
Teresa Rosengren led an Eden Prairie team in a walk to support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Over 550 teams participated in the
walk and raised over $1.9 million. The team walked in support of a 6 year old
boy—Evan diagnosed with type 1 juvenile diabetes last summer and was able to
raise $1400.00.

Admirals Team with Make-A-Wish

On February 14, the Milwaukee Admirals Hockey Team played the
San Antonio Rampage in their annual charity game. RedPrairie employees were able
to purchase game tickets for $3. From each ticket, $2 was donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin. Thank you to Barb Olson for organizing
this event.

Pancake Breakfast - Waukesha
February 12, 2010
On February 12, the Waukesha VOICE team, led by Christine Hornak and Greg Marr,
held a pancake breakfast to raise money for the American Heart Association. For a $5.00 donation, employees received a plate
of pancakes, sausage and a beverage. This event raised $280.00 in donations.

Donation Drive - Charlotte
February-March 2010
The Charlotte Office held a donation drive benefiting the local community
college's resource center. The resource center provides free snack bars and
individually wrapped tea bags to homeless students.

Shoe Drive - Atlanta
February 2010
John Russo and the Atlanta office held a Shoe Drive for children in Haiti, donating gently used, but wearable, shoes
in all sizes. Children need shoes in order to attend school in Haiti and shoes
also protect their feed from cuts, bruises, and life-threatening disease and
illness contracted through feet.

Red Shirt and Jeans Day

On January 26, the Waukesha office held a Red Shirt and Jeans Day to benefit the
American Heart Association. For a donation of $5 (or more), employees were able
to wear jeans (and a red shirt) to work. $350.00 was raised in donations to the American Heart Association.

Haiti Earthquake Drive
January 2010
In response to the terrible devastation from the earthquake in Haiti, a
RedPrairie fund was established through the Salvation Army for employee donations. Employees also donated to other
charities providing relief in Haiti. RedPrairie matched 50 cents for every
dollar donated. Total funds raised were over $7,975.00.

Food Drive - Cary
2010 - Ongoing
The Cary office is continuing their ongoing food drive, led by Chuck Simpkins
and Andrea Restle-Lay. Due to the large increase in food demand, the food bank is focusing their resources on getting the necessary food and
cutting back on food pickups. Chuck and Andrea have responded by arranging their
own transportation.

Recycling Donation
First Quarter 2010
On a quarterly basis, a member of the Waukesha VOICE team exchanges the
accumulated aluminum cans. The cash generated from the recyclables is donated to
a local charity. This quarter, Betsy Gomoll took the cans to the recycling
center and selected the Hope Center in Waukesha to receive the donation of $49.00.
