Richard E. Allen
Rick Allen served as the senior financial executive of J.D. Edwards for 18 years, after joining the company in 1985. He simultaneously served for 13 years as a member of J.D. Edwards’ Board of Directors. During his tenure at J.D. Edwards, Allen was involved in the management of the company’s finance, information technology, accounting, treasury, investor relations, acquisition, legal, real estate, human resource and administrative activities. After leading the merger of J.D. Edwards and PeopleSoft and assisting with integration of the two companies, Allen retired in March 2004. Before joining J.D. Edwards, Allen was controller for Luff Exploration, an oil and gas exploration and production company, and a senior accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, a public accounting firm.

Mr. Allen has been a member of RedPrairie’s board of directors since 2005.

Norman J. Balthasar
Mr. Balthasar is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Fiserv, Inc. and, was a member of the management team that founded Fiserv in 1984. With more than 35 years in the financial technology industry, Mr. Balthasar has been with Fiserv and its predecessor company since 1974. Fiserv, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company providing information management systems and services to the financial and insurance industries. Leading services include transaction processing, outsourcing, business process outsourcing, software and systems solutions. The company serves more than 18,000 clients worldwide and is the leading provider of core processing solutions for U.S. banks, credit unions and thrifts. Fiserv was ranked the largest provider of information technology services to the financial services industry worldwide in the 2004, 2005 and 2006 FinTech 100 surveys. Headquartered in Brookfield, Wis., Fiserv reported more than $4.5 billion in total revenue for 2006. Prior to joining Fiserv, Norm handled major financial and commercial accounts for Unisys.

Mr. Balthasar has been a member of RedPrairie’s board of directors since 2004.

David R. Golob
Mr. Golob is a Managing Director of Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in technology and technology-enabled services businesses.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners as a Managing Director in 2001, Mr. Golob was a Managing Director with Tiger Management, a hedge fund where he was co-head of the global technology group. Prior to Tiger, Mr. Golob worked as a private equity investor focused on the software industry at General Atlantic Partners. Earlier in his career, Mr. Golob worked a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr. Golob serves on the board of directors of Attachmate, Barracuda Networks, GXS, Primavera Systems, and RedPrairie. Mr. Golob holds an A.B. from Harvard College, summa cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business

Mr. Golob has been a member of RedPrairie’s board of directors since 2005.

Martin Hiscox
Mr. Hiscox serves as President and Managing Director International with responsibility for RedPrairie’s European, Middle East, African and Asia Pacific regions. He previously served as CEO of LIS, one of Europe’s leading supply chain software and services companies before the company was acquired by RedPrairie in 2003. Prior to joining LIS Hiscox was Managing Director of Symbol Technologies UK. Hiscox has over twenty years of experience managing companies that deliver supply chain and retail information technology solutions. He was educated in computer science and electronics at the University of Surrey and holds an MBA from Brunel University and the Henley Management College. In August 2008 Hiscox was awarded Chartered IT Professional Membership of The British Computer Society.

Mr. Hiscox has been a member of RedPrairie’s board of directors since 2007.

R. Michael Mayoras
Mr. Mayoras was named CEO of RedPrairie in October 2007. He had previously served as President of the Americas with responsibility for sales of RedPrairie's E2eTM Supply Chain Executions (SCE) suite, as well as Executive Vice President, responsible for RedPrairie’s Customer and Development Services groups.

Mr. Mayoras has more than 25 years experience in the consulting and software industries.

Prior to joining RedPrairie in 2004, Mr. Mayoras served as President of DigiTerra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CIBER. He also served in senior management positions at CIBER, with responsibilities for sales and operations. Prior to CIBER, he was a partner in the Summit Group, a professional services consulting firm.

Mr. Mayoras has been a member of RedPrairie’s board of directors since 2007.

Ezra Perlman
Mr. Perlman is a Partner with Francisco Partners, a leading global private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in technology and technology-enabled services businesses.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Mr. Perlman was a Senior Associate with Battery Ventures, where he was involved in identifying, executing and managing private equity investments in software companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Perlman was an executive in the credit card industry with Advanta and a management consultant with Oliver, Wyman & Company. Mr. Perlman serves on the board of directors of AttachmateWRQ, LYNX Medical Systems, RedPrairie and SMART Modular.

Mr. Perlman has been a member of RedPrairie’s board of directors since 2005.
