What is your favorite RedPrairie Moment?
The moment I felt the most proud of was when our customer was ahead of schedule by 12 hours only a few days after their go-live, because of our software.
How have you grown either professionally or personally since joining RedPrairie?
I have learned a lot about warehouse and supply chain management as well as project life and methodologies since I joined RedPrairie. I also learned more about customers concerns and priorities.
How have you been able to influence change at RedPrairie?
RedPrairie has been growing a lot recently, and I have been helping some of the recent hires both functionally and technically.
What is the best thing about your department?
It is growing a lot, providing a lot of personal and professional growth opportunities. The people are also very knowledgeable, and also willing to help if you have a question.
What specific RedPrairie initiatives/projects have made the biggest impact on you and why?
RedPrairie offers a lot of benefits to its employees, from bonuses (performance and mentoring) and services (concierge, NEAS) to employee gatherings that show that employees are a priority.
On a different level, the various communication tools, such as the discussion forums and the RedWiki, make learning and working a lot easier.
What has been your most enjoyable experience at RedPrairie?
Project work and seeing the benefits of our software on our customers' operations has been my most rewarding experience at RedPrairie.
What is the best reason to work at RedPrairie?
Among the best reasons to work at RedPrairie, the top reasons for me, are the clear career path and the growth opportunities. Additionally, the software quality and technology make it very interesting.
Tell us something you like to do outside of work.
I practice judo twice a week and I like to read novels, listen to music and travel.
