Collaboration Portal

Collaboration Portal, an integrated, web-based module of RedPrairie’s Transportation Management solution, provides an inbound logistics portal for coordinating vendor inbound shipments and returns (reverse logistics). It also provides data capture for non-ERP originated shippable orders to be processed via Transportation Management. Collaboration Portal supports both inbound shipment routing requests for consignee-controlled freight, and advance ship notices on vendor-prepaid inbounds. It provides robust validation, location profiles, alerts and automated communications to / from inbound suppliers, as well as handling all customer or stock return shipments. Using Collaboration Portal, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers can obtain real-time visibility and fully realize the benefits of taking control of their inbound shipments and reverse logistics, for significant and proven freight cost savings.
