Mobile Delivery

Mobile Delivery, an integrated module of RedPrairie’s Global Transportation Management system, improves customer service and driver productivity by automating key tasks that drivers perform every day. The solution enables drivers to confirm deliveries, capture customer signatures, and print receipts using common mobile devices. It also gives them ready access to account, product, and order information whenever they need it. Dispatchers can streamline communications with drivers by using Mobile Delivery to send stop assignments, directions, alerts, and other information by email or text message.
