Every few days, it seems, the news provides how's and how-not-to's of product recalls. Proper growing, harvesting and manufacturing are key to preventing recalls. But inevitably situations will occur. Once tainted product has been found in the marketplace - or preferably in the supply chain - what steps need to be taken and how quickly can your organization and your supply chain partners be mobilized to identify, secure and remove it?
