Duane Reade prides itself on providing strong customer service amid the hustle and bustle of The Big Apple. In January 2008, the New York City regional drug store chain chose RedPrairie's Workforce Management to align its high customer traffic with employee scheduling. 

In addition to Workforce Management's time and attendance functions, Duane Reade benefits from the tool's business forecasting, labor demand planning and automated, optimized scheduling. Other key benefits include associate self service, dashboards with configurable alerts and computerbased training. Drug store associates can view all of these features on an intuitive, user friendly interface.
