In any society, you have two core groups that make important things happen: the dreamers and the doers. The dreamers think big thoughts, planning sometimes years in advance in order to orchestrate the desired outcomes. The doers, on the other hand, launch into action as soon as they see a need; nimbleness and agility are their chief contributions to keeping the society running smoothly.
