Cara Operations Centralizes Food Service System with RedPrairie

Leading restaurant group the first to implement RedPrairie’s BlueCube Enterprise across Canada

MILWAUKEE, Wis. – RedPrairie Corporation, a world leading consumer driven optimization company, announced today that Cara Operations Limited, the largest full-service branded restaurant operator in Canada and leading caterer to the travel industry, has implemented RedPrairie’s BlueCube Enterprise at restaurants across Canada. Cara restaurants Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill, Milestone’s Grill and Bar, Montana’s Cookhouse, Kelsey’s and Harvey’s are already benefiting from the centralized service.
