Duane Reade Focuses on Customer Service with RedPrairie Workforce Management
New York’s leading drug store will integrate optimized scheduling technology to better serve the community
MILWAUKEE, Wis. - RedPrairie Corporation, a leading consumer driven optimization company, announced today that Duane Reade Inc., the leading drug store in New York’s metropolitan area, will implement RedPrairie’s Workforce Management application. The RedPrairie solution will provide Duane Reade with greater customer service by aligning customer traffic with employee scheduling. Duane Reade will implement RedPrairie’s comprehensive workforce management application, including optimized forecasting/scheduling and time and attendance modules.
