RedPrairie Appoints John Kopcke as Chief Technology Officer

Industry pioneer to lead product development and quality initiatives

ATLANTA – RedPrairie Corporation, a global supply chain and retail technology provider, announced today the appointment of John Kopcke to the position of Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Development.

In this role, Kopcke will be responsible for RedPrairie's global technology organization. He will report to CEO Mike Mayoras and become an integral member of RedPrairie's Executive Leadership Team.

Kopcke comes to RedPrairie with more than 30 years of experience in executive technology positions at several software organizations including Oracle, Hyperion Solutions, SoftLab GmbH, Pilot Software and Optio Software. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Anthem Healthcare Intelligence.

Kopcke is recognized as a pioneer in developing technologies that formed the fundamental building blocks of Performance Management software. He has been named one of the 100 most influential people in finance by Treasury & Risk magazine.

Kopcke will be responsible for driving RedPrairie's technology vision and leading its product development and quality initiatives in support of the company's supply chain, workforce and all-channel retail solutions. He will also lead the company's current initiative to integrate acquisitions into RedPraire's portfolio.
