RedPrairie receives “Strong Positive” rating in leading analyst firm’s report, MarketScope for Retail Time and Labor Applications
Leading Workforce Management (WFM) solutions company receives highest possible rating in time and labor applications
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – RedPrairie Corporation, a consumer-driven optimization company, announced today their Workforce Management (WFM) and Execution Management solutions received a “Strong Positive” rating in Gartner’s “MarketScope for Retail Time and Labor Applications” 2008 report. RedPrairie was one of 12 vendors evaluated in the report, and received the highest possible rating.
Time and labor applications are part of RedPrairie’s unified and broadly applicable Workforce Management (WFM) application suite designed for use across industries. The suite offers increased productivity and visibility into workforce operations, including time and attendance, business forecasting, engineered labor standards, employee scheduling, workforce demand planning, dashboards with configurable alerts, and computer-based training. The system differs from most standard management applications in its ability to serve the distinctive qualities of a multitude of organizations – whether based in retail, hospitality, food service, distribution, or manufacturing.
In addition, RedPrairie’s Retail User Group advises development of new products, giving customers a voice in influencing each application’s advancement. Every RedPrairie client is invited to participate.
