RedPrairie plans to remain in current Wisconsin location
Company extends long-term leasing relationship with current landlord and will not make proposed move to Delafield
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – RedPrairie Corporation, a leading consumer-driven optimization company, will remain in its current Waukesha, Wisconsin location, renewing its lease with Liberty Property Trust. The company will no longer be part of a proposed Delafield, Wisconsin technology park.
“Earlier this year, RedPrairie announced intentions to move to Delafield. While that location offered many benefits, the proposed timing of the development and the economic dynamics of the proposed leasing arrangement have changed,” said Mike Mayoras, CEO of RedPrairie. “We believe the best business decision for the company and our people is to stay in our current location.”
Continued Mayoras, “We are making renovation arrangements at our current headquarters to accommodate the growth and future needs of our organization.”
