RedPrairie Presents a World of Possibilities in the UK, France and Benelux at RedShift:2011

RedPrairie’s Annual User Conference – RedShift:2011 – focuses on solutions that support supply chains and retail operations in a changing world

ATLANTA & STOKENCHURCH, England – RedPrairie Corporation, a global supply chain and retail technology provider, is holding its annual UK user conference, RedShift:2011, on October 4th at the Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park Resort, Enstone, Oxfordshire. This is the first of three European events that also cover France on October 11th and Benelux on October 13th.

RedShift:2011 is a global series of conferences for RedPrairie’s customers that focuses on thought leadership and brings IT, retail, manufacturing and distribution managers, directors and professionals together. During the conference attendees will exchange ideas, prepare for new challenges and strategize on how to provide a competitive advantage, optimise productivity and reduce costs. The conference was hosted earlier this year in the United States and the Phillipines, and will also take place in Latin America in late October.

The full day’s agenda will feature an update on developments at RedPrairie, along with product, customer and partner breakouts and exhibitions. The wide-ranging benefits of RedPrairie’s supply chain, workforce and e-commerce solutions will be demonstrated.

Providing an insight into the effectiveness of these solutions will be key industry speakers. At the UK conference, these speakers include Kesah Trowell, senior operations planning manager at The Carphone Warehouse, who will outline how execution management has improved communication between regional managers and over 800 stores; Nick Wyld, head of IT at Joules, will provide an overview of how the company is using RedPrairie’s warehouse management solution; and Ian Beveridge, vice president of operations at GSI Commerce, will look at the challenges of scalable pan-European B2B delivery.

Between presentations there will be opportunities to discuss key issues and market trends with representatives from RedPrairie and sponsor companies Microsoft, Accu-Time Systems (ATS), Voxware, Capgemini, LXE, Axsium, Intermec and Vocollect.
