Protecting your personal information is of the utmost importance to RedPrairie Corporation and its affiliates (“RedPrairie”). Therefore, we have prepared the RedPrairie Web Site Privacy Policy to inform you as to how we will use the information you entrust to us.

In general, you can visit RedPrairie.com or its affiliates’ web sites (the “web site”) on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are or providing us with any information. However, we collect the domain names (not the e-mail addresses) of all visitors to our web site to measure the number of visits, pages visited, average time spent on the web site, and the like. We use this information to continually improve the convenience and functionality of our web site.

We may also conduct online surveys to better understand the needs and profiles of our visitors. When we conduct such a survey, we will try to let you know how we will use the information at the time we collect the information.

Throughout the web site, several forms are offered that enable you to contact RedPrairie to receive further information about RedPrairie’s products and services. RedPrairie collects the personal data submitted by you on these contact forms in order to contact you and/or send the information you requested.  By entering this contact information, you agree that RedPrairie may use this information to send you information regarding its products and services and other promotional material. Unless specifically stated otherwise, when you are asked for personal information on the web site, you are agreeing to share that information with RedPrairie and its affiliates, some of which are outside the European Union.  By using our web site, you explicitly consent to the personal data being transferred outside the European Union. Any personal data that you enter on the web site is kept confidential and is not shared with anyone outside of the RedPrairie family of companies.  This family of companies includes RedPrairie Corporation and other RedPrairie subsidiaries located in the United States, the European Union, Australia, India and China. 

Customer Service

RedPrairie’s Customer Service provides customers with access to RedPrairie’s call tracking system. In order to use the Customer Service, you must complete the online subscription form.  During subscription, you are required to give your contact information (such as your name, company, telephone number and e-mail address). This information enables us to process and fulfil your subscription online.

Security

Although no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we will do our best to ensure the security of any client account information on our system and/or personal information you send to us via electronic mail through our web site. As a result, while we strive to protect all client account and personal information, RedPrairie and its affiliates cannot ensure or warrant the security of any such information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Cookies

Our web site uses a technology called “cookies” which may be used to provide you with tailored information. Our web site also enables you to send an email to a third party containing a hyperlink to one of the site’s web pages.  By using this feature, you explicitly agree to have obtained this third party’s permission to send such email.  Furthermore, you agree to indemnify RedPrairie for all costs incurred due to any claim from such third party with respect to this feature. 

Children

RedPrairie does not knowingly solicit information from children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California Law SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared.  To make such a request, please send an email to Sara.Moseley@RedPrairie.com and please include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line, and provide us with your name, address and email address. We will respond to you within thirty days of receiving such a request.
